Every batch of raw materials must undergo 100% spectral analysis to ensure that the titanium purity is higher than 99.7%, and the concentration deviation of key impurity elements such as oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen is strictly controlled below 0.15%. Our incoming material inspection laboratory is equipped with testing equipment worth over 2 million RMB. It conducts more than 3,000 material mechanical property tests annually.
